If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return
your items for a prompt refund or exchange within thirty days. Refunds
will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Customized or personalized items and merchandise are not eligible for a
return unless there has been an error on our part. A twenty percent
restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise to cover our expenses
in sending the goods back to our vendors or physically carrying it in
our flagship retail store. This fee does not apply to orders that were
processed incorrectly such as a customer receiving a different color or
size than they ordered. Please note that in order to be eligible for return, products must be shipped back to us unopened in their original packaging.

return authorization number, please mail your package in a prepaid,

Orders that have already been entered
into our systems but have not yet been processed can be canceled with
no restocking fee. The customer should immediately call a
representative using the information in the Contact Us section of the
site to enter a cancellation request. If the order has already entered
processing, a restocking fee might apply.
